The actual card “themes” kinda get lost when decoupaged and becomes just neat colors. I am sure there are many more ideas out there!! Hugs………

That’s fantastic! It’s always a little sad when, sometime in January, you have to make a decision to toss those cards… What a great way to preserve at least parts of them!
I’ve always kept mine until the next Christmas . . . but even then I never want to put them in the recycling box! And they do have such lovely bits of art on them . . .

What a creative way to re-cycle those Christmas cards! Someday, when I can bare to do something with mine, I will do that. For now, I keep them in a basket that I put out from year to year. It’s nice to go back and read them and see the lovely hand made ones.
I love your tradition, Ginny! I have several years’ worth of cards my daughter-in-law Shannon has made, and I hang them on a mobile every December. I have others that I’ve kept a long time, too, and probably always will. 🙂
