I recently read this great dip recipe and decided to try it when a welcome visit from some dear family members resulted in a somewhat impromptu Super Bowl party:
- 1 brick of cream cheese
- 1 can of white corn, drained
- 1 can of Ro-tel, drained
Warm it up in the microwave or a mini-crockpot, and it’s ready. It disappeared fast, which is always a good sign when you’re experimenting with something new. ♥
Sounds like a great dip–but would you tell me what Ro-Tel is? We don’t have that brand out here–at least I’ve not seen it. Thanks for the recipe–looks like a good impromptu recipe! Lydia
It’s diced tomatoes with chilis. I’ve mainly used it in queso and chili, but there are a ton of other recipes on ro-tel.com. 🙂
We made this dip this weekend when the kids were home! Fast and yummy! Thanks! I also ordered 3 Pete The Cat , ” I Love My White Shoes” books for the grandkids. I loved the little girls on U-tube you sent!! I enjoy your ideas,so creative . Fun to check out your site-love it! Gerol
