Homemade Luggage Tags

Standard

I’ve been wanting to try a sewing project I saw on Design Sponge awhile back . . . luggage tags. This crafter has an amazing tutorial that makes the project a snap.  I’ve now made some for gifts, plus a couple for our suitcases. Try it . . . they’re fun! 🙂

  1. Last year I made luggage tags for a Christmas gift for a friend who likes to travel and she loved them. I used iron on transfer paper and actually had her name and address printed onto the fabric. I’m having fun going through your “Year of Homemade Gifts” archives and we seem to like a lot of the same things. I’ve also been making pencil rolls as gifts!

    • That is such a clever idea! I just made the name/address labels from index cards and slipped them into the pockets, but I love learning new techniques! Thank you for sharing! 🙂
